SKIN

Postby rexgrant on Wed Oct 28, 2009 11:45 am

Good morning all
This I am sure is what all camper are required to know.

Skin is rubbish. What is skin anyway? Just a stretchy bag for keeping yourself in. A badly designed bag at that: it gets torn too easily and breaks out in pimples at inopportune moments. The one good thing about skin is that it's available in different colours – and even that's a disadvantage, because a) you can't choose the colour yourself yet b) people judge you by it anyway, It is waterproof but not as good as ten-cate canvas, but it is breathable and never require waterproofing throughout its life.As with all tent material you start to notice the deterioration to-wards the end of its useful life .and can not be replaced to rejuvenated to extend the products life

So endeth today's camping information
Rex T*U G**gle
Camping is a special way of life, with a special kind of person who can make friends, even with other campers we have never met.

My friends, may the wind be always at your back.
