To the woods whatever unit you camp in,
http://www.siteseeker.co.uk/aspx/details.aspx?id=6150
This site lives up to the expectations of the C&C Club,a large percentage of the pitches are in their own secluded clearing, but some are not suitable for tents due to exposed tree roots but there are plenty that are suitable .
The site as EHU on a large percentage of pitches, both 10amp and 16 amp if you are using a wheeled unit ask at booking for the 16 amp
Take a bird feeder and enjoy a wonderful show of woodland birds. the walks are first class, the site is situated within the South Downs http://www.visitsouthdowns.com/ The map I recommend you get is the Ordnance Survey Landranger 197 This will cover you for walks and road navigation. the link will tell you about this area and the places to visit.
There are not many site in the UK were you can have all the comforts of a top club site situated in a large disigenous woodland.
For tent members the pitches in the grass area to the right as you come out of the reception some may flood in heavy rain and don't pitch you tent in a pitch at a bottom of any of the tracks as these tracks carry run off water into your pitch, this goes for all camp sites
Here are a few photos of my last two visits
