Well this years camping season is pretty much over for most of us, I know 2010 seems a long way off yet but now is probably a good time to think about possible meets for next year...

I guess the first possible meet for next year would be Easter which falls on the 4th of April 2010......

and following the success of this years St Georges meet perhaps we could do it again next year? St Georges day 2010 will be on Friday 23rd April.

so if you have any suggestions for a meet or want to host a meet let us know!

elm cottage is a good site for easter

Elm cottage is a fab place, but this year I think it would be nice to try a few different sites for different events we can still do the old ones too

there are loads of sites in the winsford area and It would be nice to get midlands way to, there are sooo many lovely cheap sites there and we also have members down there to think about too.

Ian and Tina have no problems coming up here so I thought it would help them a little this year by going nearer to them..

There are a couple of sites in Wales too.

Untill then I need to know how many wish to go on the meet.... So suggest a meet get the numbers and members names and find a site accordingly to everyones needs...

Just thought I would check out your cottage of content site as I will be in that area from the 7th for a week but I see you are camping from the 26th-28th june thats about 2weeks to late for me.

Yhe cottage is a great spot for stratford and the area round there basic 4 ish loos and only one shower BUT the river is only behind the field lol

and Bonus there is a wier...

you do know that you can camp on the racecourse when there are no race days dont you??
They have great toilets and showers and all for a couple of pounds a night!

Also you can walk out the back of the racecourse and alongside the Avon and be in Stratford in about 15 mins.
Its a fab stroll, past all the swans and people having picnics. Can't wait to go back.

no need to book in advance. go on their web site to see when races are on, when not on just turn up. simplezzzz
takes tents campervans RV's caravans etc,
