hi guys , i know we been a bit quiet , but we have ben to a proper stunning little site near slimbridge. its right on the glous to sharpness canel. you can have boat rides on the long boats and there are some wonderful walks... there is also the wild fowl and water wet lands site just over the road from the site.

Also everyone I have a booking at Abbey farm in Ormskirk for 6 units for the firework and halloween weekend

TBA but possibly 26/27/28 October 2010 OR 3/4/5 November 2010

everyone dressed up their units and there was prizes for best dressed unit, best dressed adult and best dressed Child also a raffle and fore works dislay (£5 PP, under 5's free)
the prizes were free weekends and weeks on the site which is excellent.

6 of us could make a group contribution to the dressed units...The site this year was £15.50 a night with EHU well worth the money flat and clean excellent toilets and showers library games room pot washing everything you could need...


I already have 4 names.....

so 2 to go But should we not have enough spaces you can book independently, any over the 6 and I will negotiate more spots

Hi, We would be interested in Fireworks Night - the weekend of 5 - 7 November (we are away 29 -31 October).

We are now booked up for New Year with the C&CC at Scarisbrick - it was nearer to home in case of bad weather.

We are still up for Easter, sometime in Summer holidays and Fireworks as above.
