We are pleased to announce a discount of 10% on all orders at Delta Ground Anchors available to all members of NW Campers .

http://www.deltagroundanchors.co.uk/

Welcome to Delta Ground Anchors ... a revolution in tent pegs and awning fastenings.

Secure Online Ordering.

As seen in 'Camping and Caravaning Magazine'

Recently patented, DELTA GROUND ANCHORS are an innovative new tent peg and effective method of securing your tent.

Delta Ground Anchors have many distinct advantages over conventional tent pegs, including an increased surface area for resistance and a remote point of attachment to minimise leverage.

The rigidity and the durability of both our stainless steel tent pegs and nylon composite tent pegs ensures easy insertion and extraction time and time again.

If you've had enough of cheap, ineffective and disposable tent pegs, perhaps it's time you put your trust in ....

DELTA GROUND ANCHORS

INTRODUCING DELTA GROUND ANCHORS

DELTA ground anchors are a totally innovative and effective method of pegging down your tent or awning. The patented and registered DELTA design completely overcomes the problems associated with conventional tent pegs and methods of securing guy ropes. DELTA Ground Anchors are dependable and different to any other tent peg or anchoring system on the market today.

WHY DELTA WAS PRODUCED

Traditional tent pegs consisted of wooden stakes. Today, in the name of convenience and lightness, metal pins, thin angled steel sections and plastic are all used in tent peg design. Wooden tent pegs tend to split readily. The alternatives tend to be so insubstantial that they barely penetrate the soil without bending or breaking. All conventional tent pegs fail to hold under the load of constant guy tension plus wind force for three main reasons:

* With the point of attachment at the top of the tent peg the guy line produces maximum leverage; this causes the tent peg to move in the direction of tension.

* Normal tent pegs have a small surface area to resist guy tension.

* Modern tent pegs have little, or no, rigidity making their practical use very limited and giving a short life.

Anyone erecting a tent or awning has experienced problems with ineffective, cheap or disposable tent pegs, either as supplied or readily available on the after-sales market!

THE DELTA DIFFERENCE

The most important and unique feature is the position of the guy attachment point which ensures that the load is evenly distributed to the ground and eliminates any leverage.
DELTA tent pegs hold until you are ready to go!

The base member presents a large surface area to resist the forces acting upon it.
DELTA tent pegs hold fast where others cannot.

Standard Delta Ground Anchors are produced in both stainless steel and supertough nylon composite. Each tent peg design is rigid and corrosion resistant.

DELTA tent pegs have a long service life, providing genuine value for money.

A rigid anchor makes insertion and recovery easy and resists wind and ground forces.
DELTA Ground Anchors make conventional tent peg designs redundant.

Our Ground Anchors lie totally flush with the soil.
DELTA provides maximum safety in the field.

DELTA Ground Anchors' holding ability, strength, ease of use and corrosion resistance simply makes them the ideal choice.

All you need to do when ordering is put NWC inthe "additional info" part of the checkout if ordering on-line ,it's that simple . the discount is not immediate when ordering on-line and is refunded back to you ,
Alternatively ,just mention NW Campers if enquiring via phone or e-mail . Just phone or e-mail Delta Ground Anchors should you have any questions .

We always use Delta Ground Anchors , when camping to secure our tent and can highly recommend them

Thank you for inviting me onto your forum. I feel truly honoured that our product is listed here. It's taken a long time to introduce our style of tent peg but I know there are some very discerning campers out there.

Because we work full-time we may not be able to answer all queries during the day, but we will always get back to you when we get home if you have sent an email or left a recorded message.

Hi Rob its Great to have you join us I know there are a few of us that use your pegs I think they are fantastic and use them for a number of things including pegging out..
Dave however, like to have them in nice neat lines and when we pitch together we know its a safe through route as our DELTA pegs cross over beautifully ( its out saddo thing).

Any way nice to have you and look forward to meeting you at one of our meets some time.

Ive just ordered 8 and will see how we go from there.

The tent supplied metal spikes are useless, especially when we were over in Shell Island and they were just pulled up.

Approx how long to they take for delivery?

Have just googled your tent and there's a pic here ....

http://www.outdoormegastore.co.uk/acata ... _1787.html

Which will give you an idea of how many guy-ropes , I'd have gone for about 14 looking at that , to be well and truly delta'd .

The peg pullers are good too , I always seemed to destroy the plastic handled ones I've had in the past .

We are always well & truly delta'd

I use one on each guy-rope all the time , whatever the weather , apart from the odd rock peg here and there when needed .

Think I ordered 20 odd or so when we got ours .

Will probably get a few odd steel ones , before the season kicks off .

He , He , I just like a tea break before starting , and maybe a tea break halfway through for good measure .

Guy -ropes everywhere on our outwells , 7 on the extensions alone , never mind the tents , the delta's keep the extension "solid as a rock" .

He only uses deltas for the strength of the wind inside the tent....

I wonder if Rob knows they are internally wind tested too...

GO ANGE!!!
