This now the season for caravans and nutter in tents..lol

whilst everyone is tucked up and waiting for bonfires and halloween and christmas...

What do you think shall I life the no posting ban on this site and let you all talk to each other again?

Although we are off in the van next week to Paignton so depending on signal I may not be able to log in! Cannot wait b**r

Mum and Dad are coming too but they don't know we'll be there! Its mum birthday next week and we thought it would be a nice surprise. They have been pestering us about going away with them all year so will be a shock.
Still got my shopping and some packing to do, Dogs are going yampy! T*U

Yes the TT is due to go into hibernation on the next sunny day, Val totally refuses to go camping after October C*y

It also seems as I have been spending too much time on the PC C**l

and have developed an RSI in my right arm,So I have just ordered This http://www.amazon.co.uk/3M-Optical-Ergo ... B000ELL29S so I will still be able to keep in touch. T*U

Val and I have had a long talk and decided that we are now past normal and basic tent camping so we shall be selling our Pyramid 4 its extension, one of the Tatonka tarps with poles,ground sheets, normal kitchen and cooker all our open fire cooking gear,ICEY-TEC coolbox and specal freezer packs.and all in one lump in the spring C*y

but there comes a time when facts must be faced . so I will not be able to relax in this set-up ever again C*y

Hi Daisyand everyone.
Our van is safely back on top with us but Ray is in hospital at present having the first of his kee replacements. He went in on Sunday and had the op on Monday. He is hoping to come home tomorrow but seems to have had a pretty hard time and is still in quite a lot of pain. His leg is black and blue and very swollen probably because he is on aspirin for his heart and his blood is very thin. After the op he had a lot of bleeding. When this knee has healed he is having the other one done.
We should have been on the working party at Ebury Hill tidying for the winter closure this week but hope to be there in March for the opening preparation. (Last March we missed it due to me being in hospital)
So now we are looking forward to a cosy winter at home.

I hope Ray is well soon Margaret,ouch I do hope he is out of pain soon and back cuddled with you in for a warm cosy winter.

Me I have been away since last Fri and left Mavis the van at Abbey farm in Ormskirk as I wasnt able to get her home so I brought Billy and left Mavis there tucked up hoping to feel better in a couple of days and get her home...
